Easy Sheet Pan Salmon Dinner

I don't know about you but cleaning the kitchen is my absolute least favorite part about cooking. Not only because I hate doing dishes but I'm the type of cook that literally feels the need to use every SINGLE dish I own every SINGLE time I cook. Just ask my husband....the one that does the dishes, sorry!

So when it comes to one pan dishes its a win /win for everyone!


1lb of Salmon

6 small red potatoes

2 cups of broccoli



Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Smoked Paprika

Old bay seasoning

Garlic salt

Speciality vegetable seasoning ( you can substitute this with Italian seasoning)

1 lemon


Preheat oven to 425

Cut red potatoes into small chunks and place on a sheet pan. Make sure the sheet pan is big enough to fit all three items. Once on the pan a drizzle a little bit of extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle some salt, pepper, and your specialty seasoning.

Place in the oven for 10-12 mins.

While the potatoes are cooking, prep your salmon and broccoli.

Season your salmon with salt, pepper, old bay seasoning, and garlic salt. Drizzle a little bit of extra virgin olive and and rub together. Once every thing as been rubbed together squeeze half of a lemon on the salmon. Take the other half of the lemon, cut into slices and place on top of the salmon.

Next prep the broccoli with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and some salt and pepper.

Once the potatoes have been cooking for 10 mins next add the broccoli and cook for another 10 mins.

Once the 10 mins are up add the salmon and cook for another 12 mins or until the salmon is done to your liking. I personally like my salmon to be at med rare.

Serve immediately!
